Regrettably, we encountered significant challenges in production that required meticulous attention to detail to maintain our high-quality standards. Our commitment to delivering a product that aligns with our promises led us to make essential modifications, particularly concerning the charge version.

One of the major adjustments involved the inclusion of the battery. Originally designed as non-removable, we had to reconsider this aspect due to potential surges in shipping costs associated with transporting batteries separately. Understanding the impact on fairness, we opted for a change that introduced KJ connectors. While we did not explicitly state that the device included the battery, we believe in transparency and felt it necessary to clarify this aspect.

We acknowledge that these unforeseen adjustments caused a delay in meeting our initial promises. However, we are delighted to confirm that the challenges have been overcome, and we are now prepared to initiate the shipping process.

Shipping Information:

Since the inception of our crowdfunding campaign, we refrained from requesting shipping costs for two primary reasons. Firstly, uncertainty regarding shipping prices during the campaign, and secondly, to prevent you from incurring unnecessary costs prematurely.

A dedicated section on the KaosJammer store, opening on November 16, 2023, will allow you to select your shipping preferences based on your purchase. Shipping will commence as soon as possible, with a one-week priority granted to backers who supported our project before August 5th. Subsequently, shipments will proceed for all other backers.

While we are unable to provide tracking numbers in the confirmation email, all shipments are tracked. If you do not receive your order within 22 days of payment for shipping, please contact us, and we will promptly address the issue.
