HOW TO SELECT THE CORRECT SHIPPING CLASS
Example 1 :
If you backed for a KJ Charge + KJ USB and the mobile pack and the Tshirt
That would count as 4 units and you live in the USA
So you would Select USA+ (Zone 2) 4 units
Example 2:
You are from Europe and un backed a KJ USB + the mobile pack
You would select EUROPE+ 2 units
And so on…
*Please note if you order the combo pack is considered 2 units

Please be advised that it will take between one and three days to process each individual order. Due to the anticipated high volume of shipments, there may be some delays in the initiation of this process.
Shipment activities commenced on November 16th, and for the first week, priority in shipments is being given to those who supported the campaign before August 5th.
As highlighted in our recent newsletter communication, the substantial influx of shipments prevents us from providing a tracking code for each order. However, rest assured that a confirmation of shipment will be promptly issued. It is important to note that all orders are meticulously tracked, and in the event of any issues with non-receipt of the product, you may contact us. After a period of nine days from the presumed delivery date, we will be able to furnish you with the relevant tracking information.
We wish to emphasize that shipping costs have been kept to a minimum, covering packaging, transportation, logistics, shipping, and transaction costs, with no profit margin.

In an effort to optimize our shipping process and ensure the utmost care for your T-Shirts, we have designated a separate shipment for this specific item. The commencement of T-Shirt shipments is scheduled for the end of this month. To facilitate a personalized experience, you will receive a notification prompting you to choose your preferred design.
